Employee: Recording Your Time in WAE

  • Updated

Employees use the WAE app to punch in and out at the start and end of each scheduled shift.

Punching In and Out

  • Punch In: Available up to 15 minutes before your shift starts.
  • Punch Out: Available up to 15 minutes after your shift ends.
  • Only one punch in and one punch out is needed per shift. Employees are only required to have two punches for the duration of their scheduled shift. Recording Your Time in WAE Picture1.png

Breaks

  • Shifts over six hours include an unpaid 30-minute break, which is automatically deducted.
  • No need to punch in or out for the break.
  • When punching out, if a break is required, a pop-up will ask you to confirm:
    • Yes, I took a 30-minute break – You’ll be asked to review and confirm your hours.
