Within the WAE App, click on your initials in the top right corner then select FAQs. Employees will be directed to our WAE Support Center where many of their questions can be answered by reading the support articles or submitting a support ticket to reach a live agent, if the articles do not address the question.
Many questions can be answered by asking the Ai Agent or reading the Support Articles.
