Timecard History

Employers can view the full edit history of a candidate’s timecard directly from the Timekeeping page. This feature helps track any changes made to timecard entries for accuracy and auditing.

Steps to View Timecard History

  1. Navigate to the Timekeeping Page: From the WAE dashboard, go to the Timekeeping section.
  2. Locate the Employee: Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the employee whose timecard history you want to view.
  3. Open the Employee’s Timecard: Click on the employee’s name to open their detailed timecard.
  4. Access Timecard History: Under the timecard details, click the View hyperlink next to Timecard History.
  1. Review the History Log: The Timecard History section will display a list of all edits made to the timecard, including - Date the change was made - Action taken (e.g., edit, delete, approve) - Modified By (who made the change) - Status of the timecard after the change
  2. Expand for More Details: Click the down arrow next to an entry to view: - Clock In / Clock Out times - Break Time - Daily Hours Before and After the change
  3. Return to Timekeeping View: Click Go Back in the top right corner to return to the main Timekeeping page.
