While WAE provides the technology for managing your work schedule and timekeeping, all pay-related questions and updates must be directed to your assigned staffing agency. Your agency is your official employer of record and manages your payroll and tax records.

Please Contact Your Staffing Agency For:

  • Updating Pay Information (e.g., direct deposit details, address changes that affect tax withholding)
  • Tax Documentation (e.g., W-2 forms, tax withholding updates)
  • Accessing Paystubs: WAE does not store or distribute paystubs. Your agency will provide you with instructions on how to access them.
  • Payment Issues (e.g., missing or incorrect payments, payment timing)
  • General Pay Questions (e.g., questions about hours paid, rates, or deductions)

Why Can’t WAE Help?

WAE is not your employer of record. Your agency handles all aspects of your payroll and tax records, so only they can assist with pay-related requests.
