How to Request Account Recovery
You can contact WAE Support through:
- The in-app chat feature
- Email: support@mywae.zendesk.com
- Submitting a support ticket
Once we receive your request, our team will respond and ask for proof of account ownership.
What You'll Need to Provide
To verify ownership of your original WAE account, please be ready to share at least one of the following:
- Proof of SSN Ownership: Such as a photo of your Social Security card or an official document with your full name and SSN
- Staffing Agency Verification: Confirmation from your staffing agency that you are the rightful account owner
What Happens Next
- If Verification is Successful: We’ll transfer your information to your original account and deactivate the duplicate account.
- If Verification is Unsuccessful: We won’t be able to proceed with account recovery for security reasons.
