Step 1: Connect with Your Agency Recruiter
To begin your onboarding process with WAE, you must first contact your Agency Recruiter. Your recruiter will:
- Guide you through their Agency's Onboarding process.
- Create your Agency Profile and collect necessary information.
- Ensure your Employment Authorization is in verified.
Step 2: Download the WAE App
Once your Agency Recruiter has set up your profile, they will instruct you to:
- Download the WAE App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for "WAE Holdings" and verify that you’re downloading the correct app.
- Open the app and select "Create an Account" to begin registration.
Step 3: Create Your WAE Account
- Enter your basic profile information (name, contact details, etc.).
- The app will send a verification email to the email address you provided.
- Open your email, click the verification link, and set your WAE password.
Step 4: Complete the Remaining WAE Onboarding Steps
After verifying your email, log back into the WAE App using your new password. You’ll need to complete the remaining onboarding steps:
✅ Acknowledge App Policies (e.g., Usage Policy).
✅ Set your work preferences (job types, shift availability, locations).
✅ Provide your work history (past jobs, relevant experience).
💡 Tip: You can save progress and return later if needed!
Step 5: Account Review & Activation
Once you’ve completed all of WAE's Onboarding steps:
🔍 WAE will review your account and verify your employment authorization with your agency.
✅ You must have your agency onboarding completed to be eligible for activation.
🔔 When WAE marks you as "Active," you’ll receive a confirmation email and gain full access to the WAE App.
Step 6: Start Working!
Once your status is Active in WAE, you can:
📅 Sign up for shifts directly in the WAE App.
