Reliability Scores

WAE is excited to announce a new and improved version of Reliability Scores! Your Reliability Score will be calculated based on your attendance and usage of WAE. The Relibaility Score is calculated based on your full tenure with WAE. 

Every shift worked, you will gain points towards your Reliability Score. Bonus points will be given every fifth shift worked. The best way to increase your Reliability Score is to sign up and work shifts in WAE!

 

Below is a quick chart that provides insight on how your WAE Attendance and WAE Usage impacts the calculation of your Reliability Score.
