Reliability Scores

  • Updated

Reliability Scores are automatically calculated based on your attendance and usage of WAE. The Reliability Score is calculated based on your full tenure with WAE.

Reliability scores will update once the timecards are approved by the customer.

Reliability scores are calculated automatically and not able to be changed manually.

Every shift worked, you will gain points towards your Reliability Score. Bonus points will be given every fifth shift worked.

The best way to increase your Reliability Score is to sign up and work shifts in WAE!

Below is a quick chart that provides insight on how your WAE Attendance and WAE Usage impacts the calculation of your Reliability Score.
