- Go to the 'Available Jobs' tab within the app
- Locate an Available Job and select 'Sign Up'
- Either select the desired days you wish to work within the job or select all to be confirmed for all shifts listed within the job
Your signed up shifts will populate in the 'My Jobs' tab within the app
To get directions to the job, select the map icon in the job description. Users will be able to select Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Uber if they need transportation to the jobsite.
Please note: Some client partners have multiple jobsite locations. Please ensure you are double checking the jobsite address prior to signing up. If you show up to the wrong location, you are considered a no-show for the location you signed up for.
If you do not see any jobs listed, double check that you location services are set to Always and expand your distance willing to travel. The distance is based on your current GPS location, not your address listed in your profile.
It is also good practice to see if there are any updates for the WAE app available in the App store. This is the best first step in troubleshooting any issues using the WAE app.
