Employer: Roster Check In

  • Updated

Employers are able to check in multiple job orders at once if your company has different positions starting at the same time.

15 minutes prior to the shift start time you will see START CHECK IN at the top right of the job card.

  1. Click START CHECK IN for the job card to flip over and view the roster of employees scheduled.
  2. For each employee listed on the roster, check the box if they are present, or the ellipse (...) if additional check in options are needed.
    • Ellipse Options
      • Sent Home: Mark an employee as Sent Home if you are turning them away from working that shift. By marking them as Sent Home this will save the employee from being suspended from the app.
        • BEST PRACTICE: Communicate to the employee that you have marked them as 'Sent Home' in WAE and they need to connect with WAE Support if they have additional questions.
      • No Call No Show: If a candidate does not report for their scheduled shift, select No Call No Show.
  3. Employees are able to start clocking in via their WAE App when the Check In process begins (15 minutes prior to the shift start time).
  4. Employee punches will populate in real time below their name on the roster card for Employers to view.
  5. Employers also have the ability to Edit employee time directly from the roster card.
