Log into WAE and navigate to the Job Orders page:
- Select MANAGE JOB & ROSTER on any job order card.
- Apply necessary adjustments to the Job Details and/or the Roster
- Adjust the End Date: Click the calendar icon in the End Date field and select the new End Date.
- Change Openings: Select if you wish to update the shift day you are currently viewing or the entire series. Enter the new opening count in NEW OPENINGS field. Click Update Openings to save.
- Cancelling the Shift: Select if you wish to cancel This Shift or All Shifts in the multi-shift commitment. Choose the appropriate reasoning then click save.
- Managing Roster- Removing Employee: Click the red trash icon to the right of employee name you wish to remove. Removing the employee will then move them to the CANCELLATIONS section at the bottom of the roster page.
- Managing Roster- Additional Settings: Click the ellipse (...) to the right of the employee name to favorite the employee, leave an employer note, or apply a DNR on the employee for your account.
- Managing Roster- Pending Employees: Employees who are invited to the job order will be listed with their invite status in the PENDING section of the roster page. If the job order has Employer Approvals required, employees who have applied will be listed in the PENDING section as well. Employers can revoke invites, decline or approve applicants from this section. Approved applicates will move up to the ROSTER.
- Managing Roster- Cancellations: Employees who were scheduled on the roster but cancelled will be listed in this section.
